Purpose:
The purpose of the draft amendment to Rule 12-28.003, F.A.C. (Enrollment Procedures), is to remove language redundant of Rule 12-24.011, F.A.C., the rule incorporating by reference
form DR-600 which provides how to obtain copies of forms from the Department.
